By using MDPrep, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use MDPrep. MDPrep is not available to anyone under 18.
You’re responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own interview preparation. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse it.
Optional paid plans (“Dealmaker”) are billed through Stripe. MDPrep offers two optional paid plans: a monthly subscription that renews every month and an annual subscription that renews every year. Whichever you choose renews automatically at the end of its billing period (monthly plans each month, annual plans each year) at the then-current price for that plan, unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription & billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details.
MDPrep is an educational study tool. It is not financial, investment, legal, or career advice, and we do not guarantee any internship, job, or interview outcome. Always verify technical content against authoritative sources.
Don’t use the App unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, scrape its content, or infringe others’ rights.
The App, its content, and branding are owned by Stratton Software Solutions or its licensors and are protected by law.
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App anytime.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratton Software Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
