MDPrep Dealmaker is a subscription billed through Stripe, available on a monthly or annual plan. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (each month for the monthly plan, or each year for the annual plan) until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription & billing, either tap Cancel subscription in the app or use Manage billing & invoices. When you cancel, you keep Dealmaker access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Because you can cancel at any time and keep access through the paid period, we generally do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or believe something went wrong, email us within 14 days at info@mdprep.xyz and we'll make it right, including a full refund where appropriate.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
MDPrep's free tier remains available at no cost, so you can keep practicing even without a subscription.
